Excellent documentary! As a biracial Woman who has been on a journey to learn more about her Elders, African roots, and her love affair with Soul Food watching High on the Hog has brought clarity, more understanding and best of all continued LOVE for African America cuisine.
The recipes, beautifully chosen cast, and travel sites have were DIVINE.
Highly suggest devoting time to learning, growing savoring High on the Hog.
