A must read! I'm typically not into self help books, but this book takes a deep dive not only into our inner psyche, but the lies with accidently tell ourselves. Great read!

This is truly my favorite book of hers so far. I felt so stressed out the entire time. I couldn't believe what I was reading most of the time. I couldn't believe have delusional April was, I kept thinking she has to be aware that it is cringy how much she was shoving treats in everyone's face. The ending was incredible! Great book!
