I have to admit I was disappointed. I really have enjoyed the characters through the movies, but this movie felt forced, as if stretching a thin plot. To me the animation was not up to Dreamworks par. Large action segments felt video-gamish, almost as if frames were stuttering. Perhaps it was intentional, but it added to the movie's fractured feeling. Puss didn't look himself from previous movies, and the people I viewed it with felt that the animators seemed to have cut corners. I'm sorry, because I was really looking forward to this movie. It's not one I would want to see again or own.

Depressing. Disjointed. Not at all Scarlet Johansson's best work. She was far better in earlier Avengers movies. 40 minutes in we were still waiting for the movie to come together and start to have a direction to it. Lots of fight scenes without any plot.

Delightful, charming, full of fun and adventure, seasoned with romance and an unpredictable plot. I wish they made more like this.Truly a family fave!
