This customer service sucks. I made an inquiry online for a party and got no response back until I called and asked. I called the day after I made the inquiry to make sure they got it and they never said they didn’t have the space. Mind you the party is supposed to be Saturday and it’s Tuesday; they now want to tell me they don’t have the space. I spoke to the “Manager” and she said she was “so sincerely sorry” yet hung up on me. So professional right ! lol never booking here!! ZERO STARS
