I am a huge sci-fi fan, but somehow missed this one! I rofl after seeing ep.1! SO corny! But I couldn’t stop watching it! 🤣 Love it. Sad the reviews say it looses momentum after the 2nd season. I’ll keep watching until I don’t. Fun!

Holy cow! Barry & Wilson must have needed to pay their light bills to do this B movie! And I LOVE syfy. I haven’t been to a theater in over 2 years, and was really hopeful, but this was really bad. No character build-up at all, earthly or alien, no build up in plot, just straight to completely unrealistic science and disaster scenes. When we do finally learn of a plot, it was way too late for me. Oh well, I only paid $10. 🤷‍♀️

Enjoying the series so far however, a little hard to follow the storyline. Not totally clear on the overall plot, e.g. the “mysticism” is not in line with ST, but more with the LOTR. While this may be a great addition, I’m not convinced yet that this series will remain true to the ST legacy. Not saying not to be different, just don’t want it to stray too far away. Love some of the characters!
