I received my copy of this book on Monday, September 30th, 2019 by mail order from Amazon. It's really too early for me to
comment. However, book appears informative, historical, comprehensive, and interesting. I attempted to order this book
by Interlibrary loan. However, I was unable to do so. Perhaps it's better owning book outright as there is no due date, and the fact I can go back and read it at my own pace and pleasure.
