Horrible adaptation.
The characters that were deemed worthy enough to be there were butchered. The most basic points of the show were ignored and they couldn’t even attempt to dress them like fashion forward individuals, which was one of the main pulls of the original. It was boring and unimaginative, just like the rest of the YA shows that Netflix tries to sell us.
Why use a series name if you’re not going to honour the original at all.
