This is an AWFUL movie… I’m so upset. I would NOT recommend anyone to watch this movie. This movie does not represent who Padre Pio is or our Catholic faith. After I saw the part where a naked man/woman was full on aroused and making out with Mother Mary’s picture, I had to turn it off. This film is a disgrace to our beautiful faith. Viewers, be aware of this film as it doesn’t represent the complete truth of Catholic’s or Padre Pio. Faith-filled Directors, please redeem Padre Pio’s story and stick to a storyline that actually focuses on his life and the Holy person and passionate lover of Jesus, Padre Pio inspired so many to be.
