I like to believe I'm in the same boat as this person but mine occasionally comes whilst I'm settled somewhere to relax or enjoy my time.
However, despite not having the same 'Gift' he had, I truly understand his condition. I mean, the movie speaks about himself, his experience and his drive even through all that. He even stated how at some points it felt like a curse. So for someone who can't comprehend his situation would think it's irritating and unlikely, but a story like this is worth telling not just because of it's amazing genre in text but because of the ability/perseverance he had to move forward. Now I'm not really a fan of love stories, but this I relate to in some point in regards to his condition. The storyline was great and the acting 'even with the same individuals everywhere' was still quite amazing.
