I'd honestly give zero stars if I could. I love survival shows i.e. Alone & even venture to Survivor which allows for some dramatics/politicking, but this show was flat out appalling to my core. I've made it through episode 5 and will not continue due to it just altering my whole mood/demeanor towards the negative. This show is about surviving the human race, Not about surviving the natural elements. There were minimal survival skills on display as half of them couldn't even start a fire and the majority being unable to obtain a legitimate food source. Also, for the recovering heroine addict the story initially was inspiring, but soon fell to the lady displaying some of the worst character traits of addicts - self righteousness, lack of humility, self centered behaviors at the expense of others, and manipulation. She became a walking example of some of the horror stories she initially cited as a source of her strength. Do yourself a favor and pass on this show.
