Feeling better about yourself seems like a lifeling process, and one that is necessary if you don't want to complain and be angry most of your life. It is a great book for getting you on the right track. The issue I have with this book is the claim that a more loving way of thinking is all you need to heal yourself. It allegedly seemed to have worked for the author, but if that was the case for everyone, why didn't it work for her Mother? She needed cataract surgery that Louis, the Auther, insisted on. If thinking differently actually worked, why didn't her Mother's cataracts simply dissolve?
