It started out with a funny nod to 2001. There was the potential for something great, but it was squandered when it was used to make the same obligatory political & social commentary that every movie does now a days. If it were once In while it would be fine but it feels like every film nowadays. A remake or an agenda is what’s available. This film grossly exaggerated reality several times to make a point. What happened to stories, of just character growth, and great adventure? There were a couple funny quips, the actors were great, the movie was too long. I wouldn’t pay to see it. If your still interested I would wait for it to stream.
