You have to stick for more than 2 episodes to appreciate the true essence of the story. I stayed glued because of Henry Cavill because in the beginning the story is a bit muddled to actually get a sense of what the story is about. Haven’t heard of the book nor aware it was made into a game. Blank slate for me watching The Witcher. Second episode barely has Henry in it but story started getting interesting there. After that I’m hooked and want to see where in the story Ciril will ever cross path with Geralt💕

I have watched a lot of KDrama but this is the first series I watched that made me laugh so hard I was out of breath. My tears flowed watching this series too. Since I am more of historical and period drama watcher, I ignored this series for a long time until I came across a short funny clip of this series in TikTok. It made me laugh so I figured it is worth a try and I’m glad I did because it is an excellent series to watch. The lead actress was hilarious and the entire casts chemistry was perfect. The series is well balanced, production is excellent, story was relayed well without confusing viewers much. Although the story dealt with mental health issue, it was done in a humorous way without making it minimizing its seriousness. There’s also family and relationship issues addressed. It is so worth watching this series. You won’t be sorry. Highly recommended

Enjoyed the story plot of this tv show. It’s fun and touching with hardly any wasted story line. It’s the first time on a tv show that I rooted for the second guy to win the lead female character’s heart. The fake loud laughter of Jang Hyuk’s character was the only thing that didn’t appeal to me. Can’t understand why the director went for that.

I used to be stuck in K-drama and recently discovered that C-drama like this one is quite entertaining and better. This series is one I am watching that I haven’t used the fast forward button. Each character story is told in a well balanced manner. It also tells a good story of life in both Martial Arts world and Royalty world. The trials and success of characters are done in a way that you don’t get to hate any character but understand their contribution to make the story good. Not too much evil I think is the best way to describe it. All artists chosen for this series complimented each other and has great chemistry with one another. So far for 2022, this is the best period series I have watched. I hope they continue to produce this kind of series in the future.

This show even though it is a BL show, focused more on emotions. This drama makes you watch the story bypassing the gender of the characters. There are scenes that didn’t make the final cut and will leave you asking for questions like “so who was the blond girl” after watching. I had to search BTS or directors version to find the answer to it. The “sofa explosion scene” was the best acting part for me. These two lead actors have this chemistry: watching their characters have life likes I’m watching real people and not a drama on TV. Some acting are over the top in some scenes and there are scenes that didn’t make sense as to why it was included. (Felt more like a waste of time scenes). Overall, this is a story of self awareness, love, family, friendship and what time can do for hearts and emotion. I seriously learned from this show that hatred is not opposite of love. If you hate, it’s because there’s another emotion on top of it. Watch it please It will not disappoint you.

Actors performed well and great. Plot revolves around family and heart. It touched gender identify and its reality. It also included a glimpse of the athletic world and cultural situations. It’s really slow paced drama. I believe it could have been written better. It’s the type where you make yourself keep watching to enjoy the beauty of it which is closer towards the end of it. Pretty much boring and slow for a bit then you get the joy of it.

This is in line with The Untamed series. It’s an excellent watch. The artists did an awesome job portraying their role.

Love the casts. They all complimented each other and artists played their character well. My complaints are the way the second male leads story was written. His character wasn’t given a fair chance that very early on viewers know he will even get a small fighting chance to win the FL. I also can’t explain why the constant giving in of the FL to the ML’s pettiness and tantrums. FL gave in way too much to ML that it became unrealistic for the character the FL is playing.

This is an easy to watch series and not very predictable. It is very sweet and the romance reflects honesty. It is an excellent historical drama with some nice ups and downs as well as emotional moments. The story is about royalty family relationships and romance. It was adorable, funny and emotional, I enjoyed it and if you like historical drama with very few fighting, swords or martial arts, you probably will enjoy this too.
