The stories are well written, there's good action and good balance between the dialogue and the action. Very good pace to the series. However, I find the Jack Ryan character to be too impetuous and arrogant so as to make the shows a bit off putting. In talking to a friend of mine, who is a huge Tom Clancy fan, he said that the show Jack Ryan is more impetuous and arrogant than the book version, but close. Still, a good watch and easy to binge.
