This book is perfect, I have been waiting close to a year to be able to purchase and read. Ava has done an amazing job in writing beautiful poetry to not only speak on her experience with mental health but to help others. This book is brilliant and I hope she’s encouraged enough to continue publishing more. Great work Ava, I know how much time and thought went into each and every page and I’m honoured to own a copy ♥️
