This game is absolute trash. I have purchased every season of MLB THE SHOW since 2017. The developers are essentially reselling the same game with roster updates. Common problems in gameplay still exist and make no sense. For example, runners on 2nd will STILL slide into 3rd base on a base hit for no reason. I have lost so many 1-run games because of this over the years. This seems like a simple fix, turn base running to manual! This is not an option. The plays at 1st between pitchers and 1st basemen are comical at best. Recently, my player in RTTS was put on the 60-day DL for a broken leg while diving back to 1st on a pickoff attempt! I mean are you kidding me!! I will not buy this game again in the future. No chance.
