Dean “BlackHearted” Heins

In all truth and honesty, this book is truly incredible. Twists and turns around every corner, a plot that keeps the reader guessing - you just can't put it down! It is for sure one of the best books that I have read, and I am 100% going to try and tackle the entire series. "The false prince" is a great start to entering the world of adventure and fantasy books, and a great way to start off the ascendance trilogy. It keeps you engaged and wanting more. In fact, the first thing I thought when I finished reading the book wasn't: "What a great book!" but rather: "Time to tackle the rest of the trilogy!" which, at the time I picked up the book, I had no interest in doing. Altogether, this book is a must-read for any adventure lovers, and I am very excited to see what "The ascendance trilogy" has in store for me!
