This story is simply heartbreaking and inspiring. It takes our minds back to where we were before and where we are now. The society faces several problems in every generation. Back then it was slavery. Now it's racism, discrimination, hatred and so much more. This story really made me cry and think about my life and the people around me. How Harriet listened to God's voice without question is the kind of display of faith we need in this generation. The world was sick back then. The world is still sick now. Just with a different form of sickness. In a way, we are all slaves. No matter the colour of our skin or our race, if we don't have love for one another, we are still under slavery.
