I bought chicken and was very ill, after nconsuming the chicken on Eid day. I wrote to the company and they did not apologise let alone have any empathy for me. I requested a refund £4.99 and they declined this & offered me a voucher. I would never purchase your food ever again or waste my money on meat which is not good for human consumption. Your product is awful along with v poor customer service and very unprofessional. You failed miserably to even say sorry for the suffering I endured due to your product .This shows you so not care about your customers. You do not deserve a one star!
