Bought this book to get an inside account of the Trump WH. Ended up being a series of anecdotes that at times seemed to intentionally omit important details … like no real reaction to Cain’s death from Covid, the whole proposed Superman shirt stunt Trump floated, etc etc, she gives him and his staff a pass on these now well known debacles. The admission Trump likely knew he exposed others to Covid during the first debate was accompanied by no condemnation. Lot of petty bickering and posturing. Overall the Trump WH seems to have been a place of little depth or patriotism. So … it was just ok.
