The world has become a sick and callous environment for some ruthless individuals who have no conscience and who show a total disregard for human life. Stallone teaches them a lesson in true Rambo style. The actions scenes are great, Stallone is full of his usual high powered emotion right up to the very end when he makes the bad guys suffer for their sins.
