The Count of Monte Cristo with an awesome cast.

This is officially my first review of a Kdrama. I have watched several before but this one caught my eye due to the actress Park So-Dam. I like her as an actress. I loved all the actors in this drama. They were exceptional in their roles. Their acting skills were so good! Especially lead Park Bo-Gum having to play so many different rolls. I gave it a 3 star because I felt the FL part was insignificant to the entire storyline. If you pulled her entire part out of the show, it would not change anything. She played no big part or significant role in any one part aside being an emotional crutch for the 2 ML. I actually enjoyed watching the 2 ML story. I would only recommend if you are looking to watch some behind-the-scenes action of what it's like behind-the-scenes on a set. Outside of that, the rest of the plot was okay with showing how some people change their attitude, some maturing stuff happens to some characters. I enjoyed all the actors in their roles. I felt that there wasn't any chemistry between the FL and ML. I don't know if it is lost in translation, but their conversations didn't make any sense. I'm not sure why either characters were drawn to her aside from seeing how people can be treated who are lowly workers. If you like watching 'reality' type of shows, this one is it. Not based in the 'fate' genre. Not really romantic either considering it was the weirdest type of matchup. The story-telling was unique with eventually seeing the different POVs.
