I had no preconceived notions about this film at all. I went to see it today with a friend who was keen to see it and was blown away by the young lead's performance. I honestly sat transfixed and think he is brilliant. The story, too, was a a reminder in parts of what I have read about Elvis but lots of it were unknown and I have come away really touched by this movie. I would watch this again and plan to! Go see it. Young or old, Elvis fan or not, you will not regret it. The guy was an amazing singer and musician, entertainer, the likes of which we won't see again.
