One of the worst housing associations ever. What is the point of informing Gateway Housing you have medical conditions and when you raise an emergency job at 12pm and the contractor comes at 9pm only to take a picture , wear muddy trainers in your house and just turn up to get paid for one minutes work. Having a faulty window open all day long and you are freezing. When you ask to find out who your housing officer they way you to e-mail a generic inbox. It is all about making money for them , quick cheap material used. They don't care about their tenants.
