Phantasm is the perfect genX movie- the protagonist is a 14 year old who drinks beer, drives a 1971 Cuda, & know his way around firearms & boot knives! The story is inventive, The Tall Man is a now classic boogeyman & the score is legendary. I've loved this movie ever since I saw it 44 years ago when I was 10!
