It is easy for me to be biased about the cinematic creations of Hayao Miyazaki. I believe "The Boy and the Heron" is his greatest movie. Miyazaki's attention to detail is once again perfect. This movie captures emotional pathos/coming-of-age journey/with I believe Miyazaki's strongest supporting characters. The movie's pacing/editing feels perfect. Miyazaki tells a human story that is beautiful to watch.
