Having watched Ted Bundy documentaries and the diaries on Netflix I just felt that the story was lacking and Bundy was played as too one dimensional. He was a proper loony in all the footage I have seen of him and I think this was a way too romanticized view of him. I'm sure I read/watched that his first girlfriend actually reported him multiple times and found some dodgy stuff in the house or car. I think she was a good character but made out as stupid. Zac Efron was good but I think they missed the maniac side of him which came across clearly in any footage of him. Also some sneak peaks or more alluding to his dodgy goings on would have been better. Still enjoyed it and thought it was interesting from the girls perspective but wanted more creepy, suspicious Zac as well as the charming one.
