Actually casting and visuals were soo good.it was amazing.but for the ponniyan Selvan novel reader the movie is not completed PS2 is just a trailer to the full length story .very disappointed when the story ends with mathuranthakans crown up . actually in the real story mathuranthakan is not the real son of kandarathidyar and chembiyan devi.he is son of veerapandyan or in another way one among the twins of veerapandyan and oomarani ( old women casting aiswarya rai) .and the real son of kandarathidyar and chembiyan mahadevi was chenthan amuthan who was the crown holder . actually ponniyan Selvan was an epic novel .
