Again a resident evil just In title. When will Hollywood learn you just can't throw a few monsters in from the game and call it resident evil. Umbrella Corp in 2022 is only the beginning. In the actual series Umbrella Corp was disbanded after the events of the original raccoon city outbreak. The events of raccoon city takes place in the 90's. Wesker also was working for Umbrella as a researcher. Until Umbrella founded STARS then installed wesker as Captain for alpha team. Most of the stars were killed in either in the research training facility and the arklay mansion. Which is located in Arklay forest. The surviving members are Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Rebecca Chambers and Barry Burton. That is a simplified Story of resident evil. I've played the all the games and read the chapter books. They are a better retelling I would recommend Zero Hour, Umbrella Conspiracy and City of the Dead by S D Perry. You can listen to them on YouTube. What I'm getting at is. It's not hard to make a retelling of the series. Just gotta actually know the series lore. I got a feeling the people who are making this haven't even touch a game or much less read the books. If you are some new to the franchise or have little knowledge of the series might like it. But fans from the beginning might not like it. My opinion is that it sucks. However I don't speak for others. Watch it yourself and determine your own thoughts and opinions
