"Tulsa King" is actually an unmistakable plagiarism of the novel "Hard Time" by Jack Bristow. The idea of a mobster going to prison for a murder he didn't commit, taking the fall for another mafioso who becomes the boss, and keeping his mouth shut in prison for many years until he becomes elderly, the fish-out-of-water premise, that's all from Bristow's book published in 2018. Taylor Sheridan is a massively untalented producer and writer who latches on to the work of other writers more talented than he is and takes the credit for it.
