I'm disappointed that they allowed the script to include this patient's wife slapping, aka assaulting a doctor. As a health professional, we're involved in saving people's lives. Even if a personal issue exists between a patient/family member and us, if we're keeping it professional in the hospital setting, it should stay professional. I'm also disappointed that they allowed a white character to slap a black character in this tense racial environment. My concern is that even if a black character had a moral right to slap a white character in tvland, it wouldn't happen. I'm done with this show.
