Pre-ordered this on PS5. It's almost unplayable. From the menu lag, to the faulty input recognition, bandai/namco has officially ruined the Budakai series. The fact that it's setup like a comic book with text as a next gen game is deplorable all on its own, but when you factor in the countless technical bugs, the terrible character selection screens, and the unbalanced gameplay, it doesn't even hold a candle to the rest of the series. I've never been so excited for the release of a game just to be utterly crushed by this level of disappointment. With all of the amazing games in bandai's catalogue, and the hype this game created, I don't know how they allowed this to be released in the state it's in. Idk if there was a beta test done, but it sure as hell doesn't seem like it.
