Not even close to the old Road House. What were they thinking with this script. It could have been very good but just a very poor remake of Swayze’s Road House.

It could have been a great movie but so many missteps with the dialogue, sequencing of the scenes and casting by the production house made it a hard to watch for me. The authenticity was completely missing in this film. It seems the someone thought that by having a middle eastern location and music was enough. It sure wasn’t. What a waste of money. No wonder Prime slashed the price of the rental. Never saw that before.

I actually liked the movie despite the reviews for the film. I believe there is a cultural aspect to this film that I can identify with being Indian and as I’ve seen within Indian culture first hand. The movie was interesting from beginning to end. Very harsh reviews.

Watched last night. Loved it. I’ve heard this was the last installment of the series. I hope not. Fun movie to watch. Great special effects and sound.
