They should have never remade this. Big waste of budget and my time. They made the hyenas way too serious, cut out their funny banter, made the movie too serious over all, and lackluster as a result. The voice actors that replaced Whoopie Goldberg, Nathan Lane, Cheech Marin, and Matthew Broderick were boring and flat. All it inspired in me was to watch the original. I will give credit to the special effects and graphics. They were stunning graphics wasted on this atrocity.
