Bay Leaf!

Hands down, one of my new favorite movies. Sure, it's no film, but the depiction of humanity in each of the characters (even the small parts) is really lovely, as well as finally seeing a highschool setting not hypersexualised to the point of absurdity. The actors cast look like people you'd see around campus and do an extraordinary job in their parts, especially when it comes to the use of instruments. The timing works (in my opinion), the relationship between Kevin and Emily is sweet and genuine, the comedic bits are subtle but effective, and I have watched it twice in less than a 24 hour period. Not gonna lie, I'm fighting the urge to watch it again and I literally JUST did. I just like the movie, okay!!!! GAAAAAAAAA!!!! ... Frack it, I'm just gonna watch it again *presses play*
