Perfect Pitch...Beautifully cast and thoughtful in its storyline. I felt it was far superior to the original. The songs are fantastic...and two of them were so heartfelt I actually cried. The story was much more relatable than the first Mary Poppins...with children facing real fears and a father at a loss trying to raise them without their mother. When Mary finally arrives you feel like genuine Hope is back for the Banks family....and even tho you know everything will turn out alright you can hardly wait to see how it happens. Its a wonderful sequel cuz it doesnt try to be one. It truly stands on it's own.
