Really wanted to like this. But it was just boring. No other way to describe it. Lots of annoying things along the way. But mostly just boring. One incident on the space craft that was meant to be so exciting was SOOOOO TOTALLY predictable. That’s lazy film making. That’s the “best” they could come up with?

This was an amazing film. It said at the beginning that due to technical difficulties it was never finished. I wonder what happened. I have always loved gospel music and it was hard to sit still for some of the songs. I was uplifted and brought to tears. I've been to church services in for lack of a better term, "black churches" and am always so blown away. It's so wonderful to see people who are actually moved by their belief in God and their faith. Makes us white people look pretty sad. That's a joke. Sort of. Seeing this film made my day. Everyone was amazing!!

I loved this film. Three talented actresses in amazing performances. I've always been a fan of Olivia Coleman and I think that if she doesn't exactly steal the film.....because Stone and Weisz are so great.......well, she almost does.
