Another Focus

Really amazing special, but not for reasons that most would expect. This one is great for its simpleness, and simple Christmas message. It simply wouldn't be Christmas without A Charlie Brown Christmas.

The best Christmas special ever made, tied with A Charlie Brown Christmas. The looks may age, but this short's holiday spirit never will.

I'm sorry, but I absolutely hate this movie. I grew up watching the original and loved it, but that's not even why I hate this movie. It's ok for it to be different, cool even. The problem is, its hideous, the makeup is hideous, the jokes are unbearable, the songs...don't even get me started on the songs. From beginning to end, its just downright horrible, and I've watched it several times. Carrey's performance is just plain annoying. There are some positive things though. Having the grinch have a back story was interesting, and sort of worked for this movie, but that's about the only thing. I know many people love this movie, but I can't stand it. I would not recommend this one for any age.

The way one feels when watching this movie can be described in one word: Infatuated. The cast and story are wonderful, and this movie is one of the most refreshing romantic movies I've seen in a long time, with heart, laughs, and tears. Two thumbs up, would definitely recommend
