The acting was superb and they definitely went for edgy and realistic in hopes to make a dark and haunting experience but the screen plays writing was awful. They botched the story so hard. So many half thoughtout out characters and story lines that were introduced and then abandoned with no explanation or care. So many half thought out tangents and no real direction or purpose. The movie was very in your face and bold which is a huge plus to me but not at the expense of any proper story telling.
