A stellar cast and a timely storyline!! Two main reasons I recommend this film. Park Bo-gum, Choi Woo-shik and Gong Yoo never disappoint with their phenomenal acting. Suzy Bae and Jung Yu-mi are two of my favorite K-drama actresses. And the addition of Tang Wei who I've never watched before was a breath of fresh air🌻. If this concept of AI to reconnect loved ones and relive the memories of good old days were to come more prominently in our future, then I'd say it is remarkable. The only debatable issue is whether we want to continue living in an illusion or accept that mortality has its graceful end. As in the movie, Wonderland has its pros and cons. I actually hoped that the movie could have expanded on how the app was developed and the mechanics that supported to serve it's purpose. Technology while superior in many ways can break down and require human intervention. The concept of Wonderland already exists in our culture and manifested in diverse ways. Stories of loss and grief, love and devotion, pain and heartache while universal is expressed and experienced differently. The one true thing that unites the characters in the movie is the desire to love and be loved just like ordinary people. It was nice to know how the movie managed to convey that universal truth. This is one movie that I enjoyed watching this year because it was refreshing, timely and heart warming. With it's beautiful cast, superb acting and masterful screenplay, this film fulfills and deliver!

The series started slow for me but picked up on the third and fourth episodes. Honestly it was the sound track that kept me captivated. It was melancholic and haunting at the same time and played during appropriate scenes. The story is quite unique and doesn't follow the popular genres of K-dramas or romance cons. We have a lot to thank the writer for coming up with this witty storyline. Featuring the supernatural abilities of the main characters was an treat to watch. Each had its special story and the actors played their roles beautifully. I have watched several of Jang Ki-yong's movie and television shows and I'm continuously impressed by his versatility. As the tragically impacted Bok Gwi-ju, he carried the role impeccably - his looks, demeanor and facial expressions. It's my first time to see the actress Chun Woo-Hee (Do Da-hae) and she is lovely. Her character gave the human element of this show. The young actors, Moon Woo-Jin and Park So Yi as Woo-jin and I-na were spectacular. Featuring a friendship that was forged on curiosity and acceptance, they acted beautifully. The scenes between Bok Gwi-ju and daughter, I-na were the most notable featuring heartwarming dialogues and hard truths. When they finally realized the bond that they missed after the tragic accident, their emotions rose to the highest level. The love between them was undeniable. Supported by a great supporting cast, this show also succeeds with a beautiful cinematography - e.g. color contrasts - intelligent writing, witty dialogues, unique screenplay and expressive portrayal. Stay motivated to watch till the end and you'll be rewarded.

Exhilarating! Witty! Action-packed! Thrilling! This show is a must-see if you haven't yet. A star-studded series that included some of the loveable actors in K-Drama land. The characters who graced this exciting series played their roles beautifully. After watching how these first responders work to save lives and deal with their emotional challenges, the show ignites love and admiration for the profession. I was taken to their challenging world and they took me with them in every scene where their bravery, beauty and brazen love for the job was the name of the game. Every scene was captured realistically! It was my first time to watch Kim Rae-won on screen as Jin Ho-gae - the relentless cop who stops at nothing to catch the bad guys. I adore him! Gong Seung-yeon as the enthralling Song Seol doesn't disappoint. I've seen her in a few dramas and this is my favorite character so far. The chemistry between these two was not as exciting but they made the romantic elements worth watching. Sin Ho-jun as the heroic Do-jin made me cry all through the episodes. His charisma, strength and caring character were the highlight of this show. The witty Kang Ki-doong as loveable Pil-gu gave another outstanding performance. I've seen him play the bad guy, cute nerd, and the comic relief character and he continued to show his versatility in this series. There is so much to admire about this show. Incredible writing, the transition between scenes, the action shots, heartwarming moments, realistic settings (especially the autopsy scenes), taglines, smart dialogues, strong character portrayal and the collective, incredible acting of each role. Seeing how paramedics and firefighters can work together to solve crimes and save lives have been shown in many other shows but truly these K-teams are captivating! Enjoy seasons 1 and 2 with bated breath and beating hearts 💙

Lee Jee-hon once again dazzles in his role of the unperturbed cop, Park Yong Han. Impulsive, passionate, strong and kind, his character takes us to a period where the law was a nemesis. Nothing can stop him from pursuing the criminals and giving them a taste of their own medicine. He did this with the company of Unit 1 - a group of quirky characters, with their own twist of fun and action-packed presence. Every generation needs a Unit 1 of their own. This series is an excellent example of a period drama that lives up to audience expectations. The funny and serious dialogues obviously from the writers were realistic. The cinematography matched the characters and their adorable roles. Each of the characters carried their own role with ease and confidence. The pursuit of justice being the main plot of this drama was depicted with realism and great acting from all the cast. A must-see crime drama that takes it's audience to a thrilling series. Loved every character and their portrayal.

I happened to run into this movie after watching too many series lately. Wow! This movie is a real gem! I bawled my eyes out because it was heartwarming, well written and great acting by the main characters. The title was a little surprising for me initially but as I watched the movie, I got why they chose to use that word. The child actor was phenomenal and she carried her role with such emotional depth that I cried with her at every step of the way. The Mister character was admirable, his realistic portrayal of the tough guy persona was believable and for Pawn to make his heart melt and become a 'softie' shows how their connection was unique. In the end, the movie shows what matters in the end - love, forgiveness, tenacity, dedication and humanity. A definite must see movie!

Just like the other shows as: My Roommate is a Gumiho, Doom at Your Service, Goblin, Nine-Tailed and a few others, My Demon is another one in this genre that provided an entertaining experience. It was dreamy, intoxicating, exhilarating and enjoyable. The supernatural theme makes it uniquely fun to watch because it also includes comedy, glamour and charm. Song Kang is one of my favorite K actors having watched his portrayal in shows like Sweet Home, Nevertheless, Forecasting Love and Weather to name a few. He is versatile and also beautiful to look at☺️ His acting in this series puts him on another level. Kim Yoo-jung is equally enchanting in this one. She's beautiful, funny and lovable. I loved her role and she gave it justice. Together they are incredible to watch and their interactions and dialogues were memorable. A fantasy drama that lives up to its expectations as it included stellar acting, stunning visuals, undeniable chemistry and unforgettable rom-com elements. I liked the happy ending part as it gave me inspiration to see the good in the bad and happy in the sad. It showed that LOVE still conquers all💘

Wow! Just finished watching this series and I was glad to persevere with each episode. The show is a magnificent psychological thriller! The writing was superb. Each episode took me to the crime scenes, the victims' pain, and the terrifying events that brought the show to life. As I listened to each confession and encounter, I can't help but wonder how psychopaths really feel. In the show, we see a murderer in different, unique and troubled perspectives. The main lead, actor Lee Seung Gi was stellar! His facial and emotional expressions gave his character depth and realism. I've only seen him in supporting roles and now I can say that he deserves to be a leading man also. He was intense and repentant portraying as a killer while honest and exemplary as a cop. He made those roles look effortless and captivating. Lee Hee-joon as Ko Moo-chi played his supporting role with intensity and superb acting. I can't see any other actor who would have taken the role with such honesty and impact. He was equally magnificent as the supporting actor who made the lead look outstanding. When I see these two on the screen, there is anticipation, excitement and wonder as they banter and portray their characters. Although the series is a 20-episode run, each episode captivates you because of the well-written stories and plot development. The fast-paced nature of the story made me catch up with every episode with interest. This is truly a K-series that deserves a worldwide audience🍿🎞️

Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won were the perfect pair for this series. Their stellar acting made the show entertaining, heartbreaking and exciting! Their screen presence were glamorous and both were equally beautiful to watch. More K-dramas or movies for these TWO! I enjoyed the storyline and watching how the rags to riches and vice versa situations can happen even in real life. The depiction of luxury, extreme wealth and privileged lives were interesting to watch especially in the South Korean setting. It was exhilarating to live vicariously in their luxurious world. The acting was not only superb but the two main leads provided the main attraction to watch the series from beginning to end. With a powerful supporting cast, the show managed to pull watchers in and wait for each episode with bated breath. The contrast of the rich and average lives were enjoyable to watch. I loved the way the characters portrayed their roles. There was comedic relief, tearjerker scenes and wonderful cinematography. A must-see series for sure💖

This show brought me back to my childhood when times were carefree, organic, comedic, fun-filled family time. The main leads were exceptional and portrayed their characters with endearing realism. Shin Hye-sun and Ji Chang-wook are perfectly matched and their chemistry is lovely. 🥰 The supporting cast was equally loveable and I just wanted to experience what it is to live in Samdal-ri and get to know each one. 💜 Kudos to Kim Mi-kyung for her unbeatable portrayal as the matriarch of Samdal-ri. Seeing them all in the beautiful setting was the highlight of the show - I could not picture a more exquisite location. The stories of unrequited love, sorrow, anguish, camaraderie, forgiveness, and triumph blended so well into one successful drama series. Beautiful cinematography, witty dialogues, versatile acting, sensational screenplay and an incredible cast make this series one of the best this year. The KDrama popularity continues to soar and I am one happy viewer. 🍿 📺 Keep them coming.

Watching the late actor Lee Sun-Kyun in this series made me missed him even more. This is one drama I put off watching while I was enjoying the other films like Payback, Parasite, My Mister, Driver. Brain, and A Hard Day. His body of work speaks of versatility and greatness and what a loss to the South Korean entertainment industry. He is dearly missed!! The story of the series focused on the narratives about the workers in the prosecution office, and it spoke of their humanness and real dedication to their profession. Their stories demonstrated both their successes and failures which made watching the episodes more realistically. The actress Jung Ryeo-won who played Cha Myung Joo was exceptional - cool and collected, a silent warrior and her struggles to find her niche was inspiring. The rest of the cast made the series compelling, funny and heartfelt. Working Mom Oh-Yoon-jin captured my heart showcasing what women do incredibly to better their career while taking care of family. She was loveable! The young, romantic couple Kim Jung-woo and Seong Mi-ran gave this series an element of sweetness and quirkiness. Cute as a button!! Give this series a second good look and watch a spectacle of emotions - humor, injustice, winnings, camaraderie, frailty, greatness, realism, inspiration, and hope.
