This is a fantastic book that highlights many of the unconsidered factors, both historically and currently, that account for the income disparity between various groups, regions, and countries. For me, it challenged the notion that there is one primary cause that creates disparity, and the notion of a political remedy is unrealistic. Addressing the cultural and environmental obstacles for underperforming groups is more possible today than ever. A great read for all who truly care about the disparity of wealth.
