Plain storytelling, ordinary performances, and director's confusion direction of where he wants to take the movie. The movie is 112 minutes and I found it slow even when I watched it at 1.25x. Do not waste your time on this movie.

What a visual spectacle!! When I stepped into the movie hall, I had minimal expectations about the movie plot, the CGI and the aerial action scenes. But, boy was I impressed by how much Siddharth Anand has managed to extract out of his special effects team on such a budget! The attention to detail about the Air Force jargon and aerial combat scenes are just marvellous. Some of the reviews talk about excessive jingoism, but when you watch the movie, none of the scenes seem forced, nor do you see an attempt to spread hate against any community. Hrithik is at his best again. He never ceases to amaze me with his sheer discipline and hard work he has put into this movie. The supporting cast is strong and there is attention given to their character arc too!! Do not pay attention to all the misplaced negative criticism and go watch the movie. You will not be disappointed!

It is hard to fathom that this movie is from Rajkumar Hirani. The movie is totally confused about its intention. It is so badly told and emotions are so wrongly glorified that you do not feel bad for the characters or happy for them. No emotions are evoked whatsoever, and that horrendous SRK accent! Supremely mediocre and pedestrian.

Just another overhyped and unrealistic movie with the usual masala, unnecessary scenes and nothing new to offer. A 3hr long movie which can be easily missed. The only good thing money has bought here are the visuals. Skip it!

Too much melodrama and dated! This is a decent movie which tells the same story of religious and caste bias with a predictable plot. While I appreciate the efforts of the real lawyer Chandru, I fail to understand the massive hype and not sure why the IMDB and Rotten Tomato ratings are so high! There is too much crying and melodrama. A 1 time watch.
