This show started out great, the first episode really got me excited, but I then quickly realized that it’s a mix between degrassi junior high, and coronation street. The writing is juvenile, at best. The acting straight-up awful with the exception of a few. I stuck it out and watched the series, but, they need fire the writers, or force them to make changes. The scripts are embarrassing. I really don’t know where all of the high praise is coming from. They made Karate Kid into a crappy soap opera-ish show for kids and threw in some nostalgia for us old folks. Really disappointed they are ruining my childhood.
