My Mom waited in ER room for more than two hours once they realized that Hilcrest was her primary hospital Her care went downhill.. Asked for Ice as we were there 8 hours without any food or drink and was told they would have to ask and then no one would come back, called again for just ICE again NO response. mom started to choke and had to get water from sink. I rang the nurse she said ok I’ll be back and she did not return we got there at 12:15 and no. Had had enough she decided that since she wasn’t going to get any care she might as well Leave and leave is exactly what she did, called her Dr and Dr Comstock whom performed angioplasty in her legs for blockages. Her primary DR. Got her in ASAP under the circumstances. ST. Francis Should be Ashamed of how they treat patients in their care!!!!!!
