I win

First off, this isn’t a bad movie. It has great acting, visuals, and cgi. However, if you are going in expecting an action si-fi about the unknown, like how the trailer portrayed, it’s not that. The entire movie is slow and while sitting in the theatre I found myself checking the time halfway through the movie and realizing there was still an hour left. I went with my dad to see it and after the movie her pretty much described the movie and his experience in one sentence, “They we’re trying to make it like Interstellar.” As it reaches the final act, the movie still seemed empty. It then had an abrupt end that seemed rushed and not thought through. I haven’t touched up on all the points because it would spoil some things and I don’t wanna do that because I feel like it is a good movie, just not the one that critics claim it is. I highly suggest it if you are looking for beautiful visuals and cgi.
