I enjoy this show very much but I am wondering if the furniture and decoration items ( curtains, pictures, mirrors, etc) belong to the homeowners when they “Love It “. Showing an unfurnished house and comparing it to a furnished, beautifully decorated house seems unfair to David. If the new furnishings remain in the house, is that expense figured into the disclosed budget? It is never mentioned.
