As history of science, it was dull and trivial, being more about male ego than anything else. As history of politics, the second half was intriguing but the movie had lost its momentum by then. Notable performances worth watching by Florence Pugh, Robert Downey Jr., Kenneth Branagh, Gary Oldman, and Rami Malek. Cillian Murphy played it straight down the line, clichés of flawed hero tumbled out of his acting like clowns from a clown car. My advice, don't bother, unless it's for a history class.
