I just think that this series of Endeavour has been far too cosy with too many stereotypical bad cop good cop (Life on Mars) and convenient endings etc. to be believable - particularly last night's unrealistic ending. When you consider the complexities and nuisances of the original Morse series' and compare to this there isn't any comparison. Still, a good hearty Sunday evening's viewing I suppose?? All's well that ends well and I did enjoy it. But could be so much better if next series concentrated more on a single, more difficult, plot line per episode?
