This was a horrible movie. No mention of the importance of spice. No space guild. No guns. Cinematography was excellent. Beautiful shots. Color was awesome.. but there was no story .. no brilliant acting.. just rants and jibbirsh..and the worst part was the lack of continuity in the story telling and action.. I was so frustrated, because they spent I hr in the desert doing literally nothing.. on a scale of 1 to ten .. ten being the highest.. give dune 2 .. a 4 .. and that’s because it is beautiful.. but I go to the movies for a story.. and they neglected the source material and the original movie entirely to make some 3 hr music video
