Still slogging my way through it. Leaving the lore aside, it feels like fan fiction and I just have to take it at that and try to watch for the cinematic value. Unfortunately, there are too many plot holes, not enough character development to care about most of them, and nods to the movie trilogy that lost the plot of what made those movies epic. I’d rename S2E7, “We have The Battle of Helm’s Deep at Home.” Not sure if I can finish the show at this point but I’m giving it the old college try.
